Our Founder, Attorney İrem Damla Mirza, graduated from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law and developed her professional career through the experience she gained at law firms mainly practicing in maritime and shipping law. During this period, she gained knowledge and experience primarily in private law, particularly in commercial and corporate law as well as litigation and dispute resolution.
Building her professional practice around a broad private law practice, Attorney İrem Damla Mirza provides legal advisory and litigation services in commercial and corporate law, law of obligations, enforcement and bankruptcy law, employment law, tenancy law, family and inheritance law, consumer law, and disputes involving material and moral compensation.
Throughout her career, she has worked on a wide range of matters, including the resolution of disputes arising from commercial relationships and contracts, the collection of commercial receivables and enforcement proceedings, the handling of companies' legal affairs, disputes arising from employer-employee relationships and tenancy agreements, consumer disputes, and criminal investigations and prosecutions. Alongside litigation, she has also gained experience in mediation, negotiation, and other out-of-court dispute resolution processes.
In addition to her legal career, Attorney İrem Damla Mirza is a former national athlete who represented Türkiye in open water swimming. She reflects the discipline, determination and sense of responsibility gained throughout her sports career in her professional work.
